Unknown World of the Paranormal convention Review

This is our first ever event review! We are used to doing haunted house reviews, but we thought we will do something different for a change. So this review is on the Unknown World of the Paranormal convention. The event was on Saturday 21, 2019 at 8100 beloit ave, bridgeview, IL. 60455. This event is not your typical Halloween event, this was an event based on the paranormal. Now yes, there was some halloween feel to it of course, but it was really interesting to see REAL GHOST HUNTERS AND PSYCHICS THERE!!!!!! When you go to a Halloween event you really don’t see people of these professions there, but this event lived up to its name. They had a lot of speakers at the convention, people like: Bob Trzeciak who is a palm reader, Neal Gibbons and Dale Kaczmerak who had real paranormal evidence, and many other speakers as well. 

This convention also had a paranormal workshop as well. They had special effects makeup by D.E.A.D. Rising haunted house’s owner John Vitiritti, palm reading by Bob Trzeciak, proper instructions for paranormal equipment by Neal Gibbons, and a psychic/medium Ed Shanahan. Now we didn’t have a chance to visit any of these workshops because we were extremely busy that day, but from what people were telling us, they were really great workshops to check out. Even though we didn’t visit with any of these people, there was one person we did see: Svengoolie!!! THE chicago horror movie legend, Svengoolie. He was giving out autographs and taking pictures with people. Svengoolie was a really nice guy to talk to, but I think what made our meet and greet so memorable was when our very own Karen give him our flyer and gave him HER autograph. 

This event had everything, even vendors. Kylie O’connell is the person who set up this whole event and let me tell you, she did an amazing job for her first paranormal event. Everything was so organized. She made sure she checked in on every single person to see if everything was going good for them. I’ve been to other events with my booth and I have NEVER had someone come to check on us and to see if we were doing ok. This lady made sure her event went smoothly. It just shows you how much heart she has and how much hard work she put into this event. We here at Halloween Blast would like to say great job to Kylie and all the other staff members who helped you put this event together. This was an amazing even,t and was put together wonderfully. Great job to all of you.
